Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

The Promoter is Paloma Collective Pty Ltd, trading as FemmeVoyage, in partnership with Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood, FemmeVoyage’s Official Accommodation Partner. FemmeVoyage hosts and administers this promotion. Enquiries may be sent to hello@femmevoyage.com.au.

The prize is one (1) ticket to the FemmeVoyage Sydney Harbour Experience on 26 September 2026, provided by FemmeVoyage. Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood is the giveaway partner and FemmeVoyage’s Official Accommodation Partner. The prize does not include accommodation or any hotel product or service.

Entries close at 9:30 PM on Saturday 19 September 2026 (Australia/Sydney). Entries received outside the promotion period will not be accepted.

• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and residents of Australia.
• Employees of the Promoter, Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood and their immediate families are not eligible.

• Marketing consent is entirely optional. Unticking the marketing checkbox does not affect your entry or your chance of winning.
• Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or automated may be disqualified.

One ticket to the FemmeVoyage Sydney Harbour Experience, 26 September 2026. Prize value: $450 AUD.

• The prize is one (1) ticket to the FemmeVoyage Sydney Harbour Experience on 26 September 2026, valued at $450 AUD.
• The prize is the event ticket only. It does not include accommodation, a hotel stay, breakfast, parking, transfers or any Crowne Plaza credit.
• The prize includes the standard inclusions attached to the current FemmeVoyage ticket and nothing further.
• The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for another date or event.
• The winner must be able to attend on 26 September 2026 and is responsible for their own travel to and from the event.

Subject to the minimum-entry requirement being met, the winner will be drawn at the Promoter’s discretion from all valid entries and announced on Saturday 19 September 2026 at 10:00 PM Australia/Sydney time, live from SUNSET at SKYE at Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood. No winner will be selected or announced automatically if the minimum is not reached; the giveaway will instead be referred to FemmeVoyage for admin review. The winner will be contacted directly using the details provided with their entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter may draw a replacement winner.

Entry details are collected to administer the giveaway and to contact the winner. Entrant details are never published and are not disclosed to other entrants.

• If you leave the separate marketing-consent checkbox selected, you consent to receiving news, offers and updates from both FemmeVoyage and Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood. You may untick the checkbox without affecting your entry and may unsubscribe at any time.
• Marketing consent is entirely optional. Entering the giveaway or accepting these Terms does not constitute marketing consent.
• If you leave the marketing checkbox unticked, no marketing consent is recorded and your details are never included in any marketing list or export for either brand.
• Personal information is handled in line with the FemmeVoyage Privacy Policy.

Minimum Entry Requirement: A minimum of 30 valid entries must be received for this giveaway to proceed. If the minimum entry requirement is not reached by the closing time, FemmeVoyage and the participating partner reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to withdraw, postpone or reschedule the giveaway or prize. Entrants will be notified of any material change where required.

No prize will be awarded if this promotion does not proceed. This includes where:

• fewer than the minimum number of valid entries are received by the closing time;
• Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood is unable to supply the prize;
• the promotion is withdrawn, postponed or rescheduled;
• no valid winner can be determined or contacted;
• an event outside the reasonable control of the Promoter or the partner prevents the promotion proceeding; or
• a regulator or applicable law requires it.

Entrants will be notified of any material change where required.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter may amend or cancel the promotion where necessary, subject to applicable law. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media platform.
