This website is operated by Paloma Collective Pty Ltd (ABN 89 698 304 497), trading as FemmeVoyage. By accessing this website, purchasing a ticket, submitting an application or attending a FemmeVoyage experience, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or attend our experiences.

You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site, misuse any submission form, or reproduce our content without written permission.

We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice.

Tickets to FemmeVoyage experiences may be sold through third-party ticketing providers. Your purchase is also subject to that provider's terms. Tickets are issued to the named guest and may not be resold for profit.

• Ticket prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable
• Programs, venues, speakers and inclusions may change
• Entry may be refused for unsafe or disrespectful conduct

Tickets are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law. Where a guest is unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another guest with written notice to us at least 72 hours before the experience.

If FemmeVoyage cancels an experience, ticket holders will be offered a transfer to a rescheduled date or a full refund of the ticket price. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or associated costs.

Products purchased through the FemmeVoyage Boutique are processed securely by our e-commerce and payment providers. Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Title passes on full payment.

Returns are accepted for faulty or incorrectly supplied items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us at hello@femmevoyage.com.au within 14 days of delivery.

Applications to join The Collective, become an activation partner or sponsor, donate a prize or collaborate with FemmeVoyage are reviewed individually. Submitting an application does not create a partnership or guarantee acceptance.

Where a collaboration proceeds, the specific commercial terms will be set out in a separate written agreement. Brand assets supplied to us may be used to promote the collaboration unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

FemmeVoyage experiences are photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to your image being captured and used by FemmeVoyage and our partners for editorial and promotional purposes across our website, social channels and marketing materials. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let our team know before the experience begins.

All content on this website — including the FemmeVoyage name, logo, photography, copy, design and brand identity — is owned by or licensed to Paloma Collective Pty Ltd. It may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our prior written consent. Partner logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Our website links to partner websites and third-party services such as ticketing, payment and analytics providers. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of those third parties, and their own terms and privacy policies will apply.

To the extent permitted by law, FemmeVoyage is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or attendance at an experience. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, right or remedy you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Guests attend experiences at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings and their own conduct.

Personal information collected through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
