The promoter is Paloma Collective Pty Ltd (ABN 89 698 304 497), trading as FemmeVoyage, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. FemmeVoyage is hosting and administering this Promotion on behalf of Worldly Aura.

FemmeVoyage is not itself giving away the Worldly Aura prize. The promotional partner and sole supplier of Prize Two (the Worldly Aura Jet Glow Mask) is J & D Global Pty Ltd (ABN 20 681 599 520), trading as Worldly Aura. Prize One (Signature Access to the FemmeVoyage Inaugural Experience) is an experience hosted by FemmeVoyage.

The Promotion opened on Friday 7 August 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on Saturday 5 September 2026. Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

FemmeVoyage is not responsible for delayed, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entries.

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Employees, directors, contractors and immediate family members of FemmeVoyage, Worldly Aura or businesses directly involved in administering the Promotion are not eligible.

Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase is necessary.

To enter, an eligible entrant must complete and submit the official entry form at femmevoyage.com.au/worldly-aura-giveaway.

The entrant must provide accurate contact information, accept these giveaway Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and answer all required competition questions.

Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter or win.

Incomplete, duplicate, automated, misleading or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

This Promotion is a game of chance. Winners are determined by a random draw — the content of an entrant’s answers plays no part in determining the winners.

The draw will be conducted at 12:00 PM AEST on Sunday 6 September 2026 at the offices of the Promoter in Sydney, New South Wales. All valid entries received before the closing time will be included in the draw. The first valid entry drawn receives Prize One and the second valid entry drawn receives Prize Two. An entrant may win only one prize.

The draw will be conducted using a randomisation method that gives each valid entry an equal chance of being selected, and is supervised by a representative of the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

If a drawn entrant is ineligible, cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within the period stated in section 8, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at the same place at 12:00 PM AEST on Tuesday 6 October 2026, subject to any directions of the relevant authority.

Two winners will be selected.

The total prize pool is AUD $517.48.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for another product or service. Any difference between the stated and actual prize value will not be paid in cash.

The Signature Access winner must be available to attend the event on 26 September 2026. Travel, accommodation and other personal expenses are not included unless expressly stated.

The Worldly Aura winner must provide a valid Australian delivery address. Standard delivery within Australia will be included. FemmeVoyage is not responsible for the delivery, quality, warranty or support of the Worldly Aura product; those matters are between the winner and Worldly Aura.

The two selected winners will be contacted directly using the email address or mobile number supplied with their entries and announced via the FemmeVoyage and Worldly Aura social-media pages on Sunday 6 September 2026.

A winner must respond and verify their eligibility within the period stated in the notification. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, does not respond within the required period or cannot accept the prize, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw in accordance with section 6.

FemmeVoyage will collect and use each entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion, validate entries, contact winners, deliver prizes, respond to enquiries and meet legal obligations.

Information may be disclosed to service providers and to Worldly Aura where reasonably necessary to verify a winner or deliver a Worldly Aura prize. Information disclosed for prize administration must not be used for unrelated marketing unless the entrant has separately consented.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the FemmeVoyage Privacy Policy.

Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter or win.

If an entrant separately selects the Worldly Aura marketing option, the entrant expressly consents to Paloma Collective Pty Ltd, trading as FemmeVoyage, disclosing the entrant’s name, email address, mobile number, state and recorded marketing preference to J & D Global Pty Ltd, trading as Worldly Aura.

Worldly Aura may use those details to send product news, launch announcements, event invitations and exclusive offers by email, being the communication channel specified beside the consent checkbox.

Entrants may withdraw their consent at any time by using the unsubscribe facility in a marketing communication or contacting hello@worldlyaura.com. Withdrawing marketing consent will not affect an entrant’s competition entry or eligibility to win.

FemmeVoyage must only provide marketing contact details to Worldly Aura where the entrant actively selected the Worldly Aura marketing option.

FemmeVoyage and Worldly Aura intend to conduct the Promotion as described, but reserve the right not to proceed with the giveaway or any individual prize in the circumstances set out below. If the giveaway does not proceed, entrants will be notified by email to the address supplied with their entry, and no prize will be awarded.

• Minimum entries not reached: A minimum of 30 valid entries must be received by the closing time. If this minimum is not reached, the giveaway may be withdrawn, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled at the discretion of FemmeVoyage and Worldly Aura.
• Prize unavailable: If Worldly Aura is unable to supply Prize Two (the Jet Glow Mask) for any reason, including stock unavailability, supply-chain disruption or business closure, that prize may be withdrawn or substituted with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law. FemmeVoyage is not responsible for supplying the Worldly Aura product.
• Event unable to proceed: If the FemmeVoyage Inaugural Sydney Harbour Experience scheduled for 26 September 2026 is cancelled, postponed or otherwise unable to be held, Prize One may be withdrawn, substituted with a prize of equal or greater value, or transferred to a rescheduled event, at the discretion of FemmeVoyage.
• No valid winner: If a selected winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, or cannot accept the prize, and no successful unclaimed prize draw can be conducted, the relevant prize may lapse.
• Force majeure or regulatory direction: If an event outside the reasonable control of FemmeVoyage or Worldly Aura prevents the Promotion or a prize from proceeding as planned, or a relevant authority directs that the giveaway not proceed, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion or provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

In any of the above circumstances, entrants’ sole remedy will be to receive notification of the change or cancellation. No cash alternative will be offered unless expressly stated.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, FemmeVoyage and Worldly Aura are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from entry into the Promotion or acceptance of a prize.
